When J & H starts working with a new client, the team conducts an intensive “takeover report” in which they inspect the buildings, facilities, utility systems, and individual home exteriors and lots. A long-time industry advocate, Jim Joffe has also served on the WMA Renaissance Committee, which is involved with upgrading mobile home communities in California, and the WMA Utilities Committee, which guides community owners in converting their utilities underground.
