Barstow features clean air, low traffic, and plenty of nearby shopping at the Factory Outlet Mall, nearby major department stores, and a unique downtown area with a Historic Route 66 feel. Holiday Homes is located within easy access to many points of interest throughout Southern California, including a 90-minute drive from the casinos at Stateline, mountain sports like hiking, fishing, boating, skiing, and relaxing getaways to Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, Wrightwood, Silverwood Lake, and Lake Isabella. Residents also have easy access to Santa Barbara Wine Country of the Central Coast, Disneyland, Angels and Dodgers Stadiums, and San Diego, as well as excursions to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, or Las Vegas.

In accordance with Federal Housing Regulations, a qualifying homeowner at Holiday Homes must be at least 55 years old and all other residents within the home at least age 40. Exceptions can be made for caregivers and caretakers with verification, so please ask about these family situations.
