HomeQuest Delivers New Manufactured Homes for Expansion at RoadRunner Golf & Country Club

Manufactured homes are more desirable than ever, from the low-maintenance lifestyle to affordability, along with their elevated design and quality construction. Through improved construction codes, quality materials, designer finishes, and features such as porches, attached garages, and more, today’s manufactured homes aren’t the mobile homes of decades past.

As manufactured homes are modernized, the hundreds of mobile home communities throughout California also need to be kept updated by adding new homes and renovating community amenities that are likely decades old. Many of these communities are also expanding due to the increased demand for manufactured housing.

HomeQuest is proud to partner with manufactured home communities to keep them fresh and revitalized by replacing aging homes. Redeveloping and even expanding these communities is vital to home values, property owners, and even their cities.

One of HomeQuest’s current projects is RoadRunner Golf & Country Club in Borrego Springs, which is undergoing a significant expansion. HomeQuest is filling more than 60 new spaces with beautiful new manufactured homes. The first two homes – which will have three bedrooms, optionally attached garages, and be situated on spacious lots – are being delivered this month.

RoadRunner is an upscale, 55+ community that caters to the golf and active lifestyle. The well-maintained property has mature willows and palm trees, along with swans and ducks that can be seen on the lake.

The community has an array of amenities including a members-only 18-hole Executive Golf Course, a putting green, a heated salt-water pool and mineral bath, shuffleboard courts, pickleball, tennis, lawn bowling, horseshoes, bocce ball, a picnic and BBQ area, and two dog parks complete with a shampoo and grooming station. There is also convenient RV, trailer, and boat storage available on-site.

There is also a variety of entertainment and activities in Borrego Springs, from guided tours of the picturesque Anza-Borrego Desert, and the renowned Sky Art Sculptures depicting desert life as it was millions of years ago, to the Borrego Art Institute, and local rock art – the petroglyphs and pictographs left behind from the Native Americans who inhabited the Anza-Borrego Desert and left their legacy.

The new homes that HomeQuest is delivering will list for $350,000 and won’t be on the market long. Interested homebuyers can work with HomeQuest to learn about resales as well as new homes coming to RoadRunner Golf & Country Club or another manufactured home community of their choosing.
