Community Spotlight: Edgewood Village in Auburn, California

HomeQuest is proud to work with manufactured home communities and tiny home villages throughout California to keep them updated and revitalized by replacing aging homes. Many of the state’s manufactured home communities began as mobile home parks as much as 50 years ago. Redeveloping these communities is vital to home values, property owners, and even their cities.

HomeQuest partners with owners to remove older homes, replace them with modern new homes that are built to HUD code, and are often built better than traditional site-built homes.

As housing costs continue to rise, and due to the increasing popularity of manufactured housing, many communities are expanding by adding more homes and new amenities.

Edgewood Village is one of these communities that HomeQuest is currently working with, as eight new homes have been ordered and will soon be delivered to the 55+ senior residential land lease housing community.

Located in the beautiful city of Auburn in Northern California, this senior housing community is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, yet still close to nearby shopping, restaurants, and transportation less than two miles north of Interstate-80. Situated between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe, Auburn offers access to employment centers and resort locations.

Edgewood homesites feature spacious lots, many offering front, side, and back yards. There are multiple community amenities including a clubhouse with activity space, a library, laundry area, and on-site management. RV parking is also available for an additional fee.

Interested homebuyers can work with HomeQuest to select new custom homes that meet their needs to place in Edgewood or another manufactured home community of their choosing. Visit the HomeQuest website to learn more about the array of floorplans and features available and let their sales team help design your dream home.
